Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with strong expertise in interior design and architectural design
,specifically for luxury villas, modern villas, and villa renovation projects
.
The candidate should have a good understanding of Russian,European, and Ukrainian design styles
, and be capable of managing projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural and interior design for luxury and modern villas
- Villarenovation planning and execution
- Preparingdesign concepts, layouts, drawings, and material selections
- Managing overall project workflow and coordination
- Conducting site visits and supervising work progress
- Clienthandling
, presentations, and coordination - Ensuringdesigns meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Russian, European, and Ukrainian architectural styles
- Experience in modern luxury villa concepts
- Abilityto manage multiple tasks and projects independently
- Strong communication and client management skills
