Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager Level)

Salary: AED 16,000 – 25,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is a growing, design-led interior design and fit-out studio based in Dubai,delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. With a strong pipeline of premium projects and continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager level) to support project delivery and maintain high design standards across their portfolio.

This is a hands-onsenior role. Despite the “Design Manager level” positioning, this role does not involve managing a team. The focus is on technical design, site coordination, and execution, rather than purely conceptual or system-based design.

The Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager level) will be responsible for managing design delivery from concept through to detailed design and site execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge and on-site experience, ensuring designsare practical, buildable, and delivered to a high standard.

This role suits asenior designer who is comfortable being client-facing, working closely with contractors, and solving real-time site and technical challenges.

• Lead design development from concept through to detailed design
• Produce and review technicaldrawings, layouts, and specifications
• Ensure designs are buildable and aligned with site conditions
• Maintain design intent throughconstruction and fit-out stages

• Attend site meetings and support construction and fit-out teams
• Coordinate with contractors,consultants, and suppliers
• Review shop drawings, materialsubmissions, and mock-ups
• Resolve technical andsite-related design issues efficiently

• Ensure high standards ofdetailing, materials, and finishes
• Maintain consistency and qualityacross multiple projects

• Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer on luxury projects
• Strong site and technical experience (essential)
• Solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, and materials
• Ability to translate conceptsinto clear, executable designs
• Confident managing own projects from start to finish
• Experience in the UAE or wider
  
  GCC preferred
• Fluent in English (Arabic is anadvantage)
