Structural and Architectural Inspector

Archibat HR is seeking a Structural and Architectural Inspector for one of our clients, an international architectural design firm, in Dubai.
The Structural and Architectural Inspector will ensure construction quality and compliance for high-profile hospitality and residential projects in Dubai. You will inspect work on-site, verify materials and methods, and ensure designs meet approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect structural and architectural works (concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, MEP coordination points, etc.).
- Review shop drawings, materials, and samples for compliance.
- Monitor quality control and ensure work follows approved plans and Dubai building codes.
- Document site observations, non-conformities, and progress with photos and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve issues.
- Attend site meetings and inspections with authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees).
- Perform snagging and handover inspections.
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in large-scale hospitality and/or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and international standards.
- Certification from Dubai Municipality (preferred) or ability to obtain.
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic is a plus. - Able to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
