Draughtsman; AutoCAD & Revit

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman with strong experience in AutoCAD and Revit to support the design and documentation of projects. The successful candidate will produce accurate technical drawings and models, collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams, and ensure all drawings meet required standards and specifications.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit
• Develop construction, shop, and as-built drawings from design concepts and specifications
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or client feedback
• Coordinate with Designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company guidelines
• Maintain organized drawing records and document control systems
• Assist with clash detection and coordination in Revit models
• Support project teams through all phases of design and construction

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Draughtsman or CAD Technician
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Revit (3D modeling and documentation)
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in BIM workflows and coordination
• Familiarity with industry standards and local building codes
• Experience in architectural and Interior Design drafting
