Senior Site Architect

We are partnering with an award-winning, multinational design practice with a strong presence across the Middle East and an established reputation for delivering landmark mixed-use, hospitality, residential and commercial developments.

They are now seeking a Senior Site Interior Design Architect to join the team on a flagship luxury high-rise tower in Dubai.

This role requires proven experience delivering high-end tower projects of similar scale and complexity.

You will act as the on-site design lead, ensuring the design vision is executed to the highest standards while driving technical coordination across all stakeholders.

• Manage RFIs and technical queries
• Review and approve shop drawings in line with design intent
• Lead coordination with contractors and subcontractors
• Liaise directly with client and consultant teams
• Oversee material submissions, approvals, and tracking
• Monitor quality, installation standards, and programme compliance
• Resolve on-site design and technical issues

• Demonstrated experience on luxury high-rise or large-scale tower projects (essential)
• Strong site-based delivery experience, Middle East preferred
• Excellent technical capability across interior packages
• Confident managing subcontractors and complex site interfaces
• Experience on comparable high-rise developments is essential.
