Landscape Design Manager; Swimming Pools Projects

BG Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Design Manager specialized in Swimming Pool Projects to lead and manage the design department. The role involves supervising landscape designers, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers, while ensuring strong coordination between office and site teams to deliver high-quality luxury projects.

• Lead, manage, and supervise the landscape design team including designers, draftsmen, and 3D renderers.
• Introduce new landscape and swimming pool design concepts that add value to our projects and brand identity.
• Develop, review, and approve landscape and swimming pool designs in line with client requirements and BG Group standards.
• Coordinate closely between design office and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Manage design schedules, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and company policies.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and design revisions.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to team members.
• Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and design records.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the UAE in landscape and swimming pool projects.
• Strong background in luxury villas, residential, and commercial projects.
• Solid knowledge of landscape construction methods and swimming pool systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
