Interior Designer

At IRTH Group, we are shaping the future with innovation, precision, and excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic Interior Design team.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support the design development and execution of high-rise residential and commercial tower projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent, quality standards, and timely delivery across all project stages.

• Strong experience of review, evaluate and if required to produce interior design submissions/documents including models from consultants at all stages:
  Schematic Design to IFC.
• Familiar with BIM clash detection, coordination, and validation.
• Ensure adherence to IRTH’s design guidelines, brand standards, and quality expectations throughout the design process.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, architecture, MEP, engineering, project management) to ensure design integration and consistency.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to consultants to refine design concepts and address any issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve design- related queries and provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure that designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and validate design documents, including material specifications, finishes, and furniture layouts. (All stages of the Design process)
• Assist in managing the design timeline and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
• Review Shop drawings and technical responses to RFI.
• Review Sample and Material submittals.
• Review Mock-ups.
• Experience in review of FFE material and Design.

Development/Input of 3D BIM models for

Experience in handling multi-platform BIM models from various trades (RVT, DWG, IFC, DGN, SKP). ACAD Drafting.

Familiar with well versed with  – Fit-out and FFE material selection

Graduate in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineering.

8 years of which minimum 5 years working in UAE with Tier A organization in similar capacity.
