Snapshot of Your Day!We are hiring a dynamic, commercially minded Product Trainer for our Dubai office to enhance product knowledge, brand advocacy, and retail excellence across the GCC. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, engaging presentation skills, and a results-driven approach.
How You Will Make An Impact:- Design engaging PowerPoint presentations and video content.
- Develop training materials tailored for each market.
- Create and manage sales and soft skills training content.
- Build and maintain online learning platforms and digital content.
- Plan and deliver training sessions; develop comprehensive learning programs.
- Provide sales training to field staff, retail partners, and internal teams.
- Review mystery shopping results and support service evaluation and improvement.
- Identify current and future training needs by analyzing sales data.
- Utilize digital content and e-learning methods.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Manage teams and drive performance through KPI management.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure skills and techniques are applied in the workplace; regularly evaluate programs to reflect local requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university
- 5–7 years of experience within the consumer electronics, mobile, or technology industry (experience with reputable global brands preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail operations and channel dynamics in the GCC
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- Confident presenter with strong communication and storytelling skills
- Commercially aware with solid numerical and analytical capabilities
- Results-driven with strong goal orientation
- Proactive, persuasive, and solution-oriented
- Creative, energetic, and detail-focused
- Ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships across different organizational levels
- Culturally aware and adaptable in diverse team environments
- Team player with high adaptability
