* About the Role:

** We are seeking a talented and driven Intermediate Design Architect with 5-8 years of professional experience to join our regional team in the UAE/KSA. The ideal candidate will bring a holistic approach to design, contributing meaningfully across all project stages, from concept development through detailed design and delivery.

This role is suited to a design-focused professional who thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and has experience delivering complex mixed-use projects within leading regional or international firms.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Contribute to and lead aspects of
** concept design**, schematic design, and detailed design phases.
* Develop strong, integrated architectural solutions that respond to urban, environmental, cultural, and client-driven parameters.
* Translate conceptual ideas into coordinated, buildable design packages.
* Work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure design integrity throughout all stages.
* Participate in design workshops, client presentations, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
* Support documentation, detailing, and technical development aligned with regional regulations and international best practices.
* Maintain design quality and consistency across large-scale, mixed-use developments.
** Required Skills &

Competencies:

*** Demonstrated ability to approach projects holistically, balancing design intent, technical feasibility, sustainability, and contextual sensitivity.
* Strong design sensibility with a refined graphic and spatial communication ability.
* Experience contributing to large, complex mixed-use projects (hospitality, retail, residential, commercial, civic).
* Advanced proficiency in
** Rhino** (essential).
* Strong working knowledge of
** Revit
* * for BIM-based design and documentation.
* Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Enscape, V-Ray, Grasshopper) is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of documentation standards and coordination processes.

Education Requirements:

*** 5-8 years of professional experience within reputable international or regional design firms.
* Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex mixed-use projects.
* Prior experience working in the
** UAE and/or KSA

* Strong understanding of regional regulations, authority approvals, and project delivery frameworks.
* Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants across design stages.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
* Professional registration or progress toward licensure is advantageous.
