3D Designer

We are looking for a versatile design professional who can create stunning 3D visualizations and produce accurate 2D technical drawings. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative design concepts and technical execution, working closely with our interior designers, project managers, and clients to bring design visions to life through high-quality renders and precise construction drawings.

• Create photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects
• Develop 3D models of interior spaces including furniture, fixtures, lighting, materials, and finishes
• Produce high-quality interior and exterior renders for client presentations and marketing materials
• Create virtual walkthroughs and 360‑degree panoramic views of spaces
• Apply appropriate lighting, textures, materials, and camera angles to achieve realistic visualizations
• Collaborate with interior designers to accurately represent design concepts and mood boards
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently to meet project timelines
• Stay updated with the latest 3D rendering trends, techniques, and software advancements

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans
• Create furniture layouts, space planning drawings, and detailed joinery drawings
• Develop GFC (Good For Construction) drawings with accurate dimensions, annotations, and specifications
• Produce electrical layouts, lighting plans, plumbing layouts, and HVAC coordination drawings
• Prepare shop drawings for custom furniture, joinery, and millwork
• Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors for technical accuracy
• Maintain organized drawing files and version control systems
