- Lead and coordinate bid development activities for landscape architecture and urban planning projects
- Review tender documents, qualification requests, and drawings for accurate proposal preparation
- Develop technical and cost proposals including man-hour estimates and delivery schedules
- Participate in go and no-go evaluations and support pursuit strategies
- Supervise and mentor bid management staff within the project team
- Coordinate with Discipline Leads to ensure scope coverage and cost accuracy
- Oversee sub-consultant quotation processes and negotiate contract terms
- Prepare reports, presentations, and risk committee documentation
- Present proposals to internal review committees for high-value pursuits
- Monitor CRM and Salesforce data to ensure business pipeline accuracy
- Ensure compliance with internal delegations of authority and risk committee requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in bid preparation and proposal management within landscape architecture
- Strong knowledge of proposal writing, technical submissions, and cost estimation
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across regions
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality submissions
