Senior Landscape​/Architect Designer

Overview

Secret Gardens LLC is a landscaping design & build company. We are recruiting for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will be creating and overseeing 3D landscape designs and be managing clients throughout the whole process for sales, design and construction stages. • Develop Conceptual Proposals.
• Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals; for 2D design, 3D Renders, CAD drawings and other relevant options.
• Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
• Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design and construction process.
• Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Work with Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Lead selection of suitable material for projects.
• Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.
• Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.
• Prepare project estimates together with Operations Team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Design Manager.
• Team management.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field with at least 2+ years of experience in related field, within UAE.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other graphic or rendering software.
• It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.
• Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
