Summary:

As a Facade Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of building facades, ensuring that they meet aesthetic, functional, and safety requirements.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop facade designs that align with the overall project vision.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations for facade improvements.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and material samples to ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source facade materials that meet quality and durability standards.
• Manage the facade design process from concept to completion, including conducting quality control inspections.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facade design and coordination within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of facade materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
