Senior Design Architect

I’m currently partnering with an award‑winning, internationally recognised design studio to find a Senior Design Architect to join their Dubai team.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a practice renowned for delivering large-scale, high‑profile projects across the Middle East and beyond, from iconic mixed‑use developments to landmark cultural and hospitality schemes.

• You’ll play a key role in shaping concept design and leading creative direction on major projects, working alongside a world‑class team of designers.
• This is a hands‑on, design‑led position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment.

• 10+ years’ experience in architecture, with a strong design focus
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional concept and early‑stage design work
• Experience working on large, complex projects (mixed‑use, master‑planning, hospitality, cultural, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide junior designers
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools
• International project experience is highly desirable
