• Develop and present architectural designs that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and successful delivery.
• Conduct site analysis and evaluate environmental, legal, and safety considerations for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD and other architectural software.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay informed about new materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices to incorporate into designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Valid architectural license or registration required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in architectural design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
