We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing innovative design concepts, and bringing spaces to life that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles, color theory, space planning, and materials selection.
You will play a critical role in transforming residential, commercial, and office spaces by creating layouts that optimize space usage while reflecting the client’s vision and lifestyle. This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Interior Designer will work in tandem with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.

- Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects.
- Develop comprehensive design plans including layout, color schemes, furniture, and materials selection.
- Create detailed drawings, visualizations, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories to complement design schemes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the interior design industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and material properties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work within set deadlines and budgets.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and continuous learning in design trends.
