Design Manager; Interior Design - Hotel​/Hospitality project

At present the RIG is working with a client who is looking for a Design Manager (Interior Designer).

The client is a well known interior and architecture firm with a strong name in the market.

• Lead the concept development, space planning, and design execution for hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, F&B venues)
• Manage and mentor a team of interior designers and draftsmen
• Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept through to site completion
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards, operator requirements, and client expectations
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers
• Review and approve design drawings, FF&E selections, mood boards, and material palettes
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality output
• Attend client meetings and presentations, acting as the key design point of contact
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented correctly
• Stay updated with hospitality design trends, materials, and global standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality/hotel projects
• Proven experience delivering high-end luxury hotel or resort projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Revit
• Strong knowledge of FF&E, space planning, and material selection
• Experience working with international hotel operators/brands is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Salary expectations: 35,000 - 40,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights.
