DescriptionThe successful applicant will be a creative, self‑motivated individual with a keen visual sense, artistically accurate and have a passion for good design.
The Graphic Designer will work with our multi-disciplinary teams, primarily Architecture, but also support interior design, landscape architecture and engineering teams. They will experience the process of project delivery and assist in preparing documentation and promotional material in many different mediums. Their role will include observing, listening, researching, absorbing direction and brainstorming ideas on how best to visually communicate the design and technical content.
Their output will include presentations, reports, project bid materials, web media, print media and prototypes. New approaches to presentation, including the use of AI tools are welcomed from applicants.
Ideas, imagery, and all forms of documentation will need to be communicated clearly and effectively, verbally and visually, internally, as well as externally. Attention to detail is essential to ensure clarity of communication through their work. The Graphic Designer must have the ability to work well under pressure and against challenging deadlines.
Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in similar roles.
- Previous experience within an Architectural consultancy/ design studio is preferred.
- An excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in written format.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Graphic Design Software Packages, including the following:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- In Design
- Dreamweaver
- Paintshop Pro
- Corel Graphics Suite
