Concept Architect

We are seeking a visionary Concept Architect to join our innovative Urbanism Planning team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Concept Architect you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of architecture in the region creating cutting edge designs that push the boundaries of creativity and functionality.

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs for high profile projects throughout the UAE and potentially other Gulf countries
• Lead and inspire design teams to create visually stunning and technically sound architectural solutions
• Collaborate with clients stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and translate them into unique design concepts
• Present design ideas through high quality sketches 3D models and visual presentations
• Ensure design concepts align with client expectations budgets and local regulations
• Stay uptodate with emerging architectural trends sustainable design practices and technological advancements in the field
• Indepth knowledge of sustainable design principles and their application in architecture
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Understanding of cultural and environmental factors influencing architecture in the Middle East
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills to address complex design challenges
• Ability to work on projects throughout the UAE and potentially in other Gulf countries

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 36 years of experience in architectural design or related field
• Proven track record of creating innovative and visionary architectural concepts demonstrated through a strong portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD Revit and Sketch Up
• Expertise in visualization tools including Adobe Creative Suite and 3ds Max
• Strong sketching and conceptual design skills
