We are seeking an experienced Site Architect with strong hands‑on expertise in hospital interiors and healthcare fit‑outs to join our client's growing team in Dubai.
This is a site‑based role focused on execution, not conceptual design. You will be responsible for overseeing interior architectural works on active hospital projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 15 years' total experience with at least 8–10 years in Healthcare/Hospital projects
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Strong technical knowledge of hospital fit-outs, interior detailing, material selection, and medical equipment coordination
- Proven site experience (shop drawings, RFIs, inspections, change orders, and site supervision)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai authorities, healthcare guidelines, and construction standards
