We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to develop innovative outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, hospitality, and public projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation coordination drawings, and material selections.
- Create 2D/3D visual presentations, renderings, and mood boards for client approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, irrigation teams, and project managers.
- Select appropriate plants, trees, materials, lighting, and outdoor furniture based on project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to analyze project conditions and constraints.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and landscape documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and sustainability standards.
- Support project execution teams during construction and installation phases.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in landscape design projects.
- Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
