Interior Stylist​/Soft Furnishing Designer

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation – Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences and functional needs, present tailored soft furnishing solutions using our product collections (Italian Minimalist, Light Luxury, Eclectic, Handcrafted Mattresses, Whole‑home Customization).
• Design – Create mood boards, material palettes and furniture layout plans; select furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories to achieve cohesive interior styling; coordinate with the sales team to ensure design feasibility and project timelines.
• Project Support – Assist clients throughout the full process: design proposal, material selection, order confirmation and installation follow‑up; conduct on‑site measurements and supervise styling implementation.
• Business Development – Leverage Russian or Arabic language skills to expand client base among Russian‑ and Arabic‑speaking communities; proactively reach out to potential clients through showroom visits, referrals and social platforms; participate in sales events and promotional video shoots as needed.

• Proven experience in soft furnishing design, interior styling or related field.
• A strong portfolio of previous work (resumes without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of color, texture, spatial balance, and furniture materials.
• Language skills:
  Fluent in English;
  Russian and/or Arabic highly preferred (ability to communicate design concepts clearly).
• Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and build client relationships.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (villas, apartments, commercial spaces) in Dubai and occasionally abroad.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
