Technical Services Executive - MEA

RoleTechnical Services Executive – Design team, reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services based in our Dubai Corporate Office. The role plays a critical part in supporting the development and design process, ensuring seamless implementation of Aman’s standards and brand objectives.
Responsibilities- Coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Develop and monitor project and design program schedules, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with team members, corporate teams, and external project teams to manage information flows and data exchange.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawing logs, review comments, and approval records.
- Track project and Aman Standards schedules, lists & briefs.
- Review and track consultant submissions, including drawings, reports, and material boards.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and assist in providing design and technical services guidance, ensuring adherence to Aman’s brand standards and safeguarding the brand’s design integrity.
- Manage the Technical Service Team Smartsheet project management tool: update schedules, track design documentation, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Participate in site meetings and provide on‑site coordination support.
- A Bachelor’s degree in design or architecture is required.
- Minimum 3years of professional experience as an architect, interior designer, design coordinator, or in a related role.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel, residences and resort project delivery.
- Design & Technical Services background with a luxury hotel operator preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages desirable.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity and interest in office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Bluebeam Revu is desirable.
- Tech savvy and up‑to‑date with the latest office application.
- This position does not attract visa sponsorship; candidates must already have permission to live and work in the UAE, and documentation of eligibility will be required.
