Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Design
  :
  Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop FF amp E concepts that align with the vision and aesthetic of high-end residential projects. Source and curate exquisite furniture, fixtures, and equipment to enhance the overall design narrative.
• Project Coordination
  :
  Work closely with the team and clients to integrate FF amp E seamlessly into the overall design scheme. Create detailed FF amp E specifications, schedules, and budgets for client presentations and project implementation.
• Vendor Management
  :
  Establish and maintain relationships with high-end furniture and decor vendors. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to ensure the procurement of top-quality items within project timelines.
• Budget Management
  :
  Develop and manage FF amp E budgets in collaboration with the project management team. Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Quality Control
  :
  Conduct thorough quality assessments of all procured FF amp E items to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability. Address any issues related to product quality, defects, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Trend Research and Innovation
  :
  Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design concepts within the high-end residential sector. Integrate new ideas and technologies into FF amp E designs to maintain a cutting-edge and forward-thinking approach.

• Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in FF amp E design with a focus on high-end residential projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful FF amp E integration and creative design solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture brands, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
