Design Architect

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts for landmark projects encompassing high‑rise towers, mixed‑use developments, hospitality ventures, residential complexes and master planning initiatives. Lead design brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and solutions that align with project objectives and client requirements. Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design intent and vision to clients, project teams and regulatory authorities.

Utilize advanced software tools including Revit, Rhino etc. to model, analyze and visualize design concepts with precision and accuracy. Conduct site visits, feasibility studies and site analysis to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and environmental considerations. Collaborate with consultants, contractors and vendors to integrate innovative technologies, sustainable practices and construction methodologies into the design framework. Stay abreast of emerging trends, materials and technologies in architecture and urban design, integrating new knowledge into design solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Provide guidance, feedback and support to the team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years experience for the Design Architect position and minimum 15 years of experience for the Senior Design Architect position, ideally with a Top 100 practice with a focus on landmark projects in the UAE market.
• Proficiency in a variety of software tools including Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper etc. with strong aptitude for digital modeling, parametric design and visualization.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful completion of high‑profile projects encompassing high‑rise towers, mixed‑use developments, hospitality ventures, residential complexes and master planning initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a passion for architectural innovation and excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment balancing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• UAE experience and familiarity with local regulations, codes and permitting processes are essential.
• UAE driving license is essential.
