Responsibilities- Shape concept design and lead creative direction on major projects.
- Guide and mentor junior designers.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture focused on strong design.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional concept and early‑stage design work.
- Experience working on large, complex projects (mixed‑use, master‑planning, hospitality, cultural, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide junior designers.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools.
- International project experience highly desirable.
