Design – Technical Draftsman

As a Design-Technical Dra sman you will play a key role in the design department by creating technical drawings and plans for fit‑out projects. Your responsibilities will include interpreting design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and high‑quality designs.

• Interpret design concepts and specifications to create detailed technical drawings and plans for fit‑out projects.
• Use computer‑aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise drawings according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate design changes and revisions into technical drawings.
• Ensure that technical drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to address any technical issues or challenges during the construction phase.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of technical drawings, revisions, and project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations, renderings, and visualizations as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to architectural drafting and design.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide input and feedback on design concepts and solutions.
• Support other members of the design team as needed to meet project deadlines and objectives.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural drafting or technical design, preferably in the fit‑out or construction industry.
• Proficiency in computer‑aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
