Creative Design / Digital Art, Architect / Sr. Architect, Interior Design
I am currently working with an international architecture practice in Dubai looking to strengthen its design team with the appointment of a Lead Design Architect.
This position sits firmly on the front end design and would suit someone who is genuinely passionate about concept creation, design thinking, and shaping projects from the earliest stages.
The role will play a key part within the studio’s team, leading the creative direction on a range of high-profile developments across the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong international design background and will have experience delivering ambitious, design led projects across sectors such as high-rise, hospitality, luxury residential, branded residences, and large-scale mixed‑use developments.
The role will involve leading projects from the initial idea and narrative stage through to developed concept presentations, while working closely with clients, internal leadership teams, and staff across multiple offices.
You will be expected to take ownership of the creative process, develop compelling architectural stories, and guide teams. The position also requires someone comfortable in front of clients able to communicate ideas clearly, present confidently, and build trust with stakeholders throughout the design process.
Candidates should have Middle East project experience and a strong understanding of the regional market, client expectations, and environmental considerations. A portfolio demonstrating high-level conceptual ability alongside built project experience will be essential.
Qualifications- Minimum 9 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Background within internationally recognised architecture practices
- Excellent presentation and client‑facing communication skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capability within design teams
