Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of architectural solutions tailored for modular buildings, aligning with industry standards and regulations.
• Foster collaboration across diverse teams to ascertain project requisites and conceive innovative design concepts.
• Craft comprehensive architectural blueprints and specifications specific to modular construction ventures.
• Undertake on-site evaluations to gauge viability and anticipate hurdles in modular construction undertakings.
• Execute rigorous quality assessments to ensure adherence to design and performance benchmarks for modular structures.
• Offer adept technical assistance and direction to project cohorts throughout the modular building lifecycle.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a relevant field.
• Accumulated experience of at least 5 years in architectural design, with a specialized emphasis on modular construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency within the construction realm, ideally with prior involvement in modular building initiatives.
• Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD and other pertinent architectural design software.
• Adept at multitasking and adept in task prioritization to effectively manage concurrent projects.
