Key Areas of Responsibility
- Prepare interior technical drawings detailed layouts joinery details and documentation packages for project delivery
- Translate design concepts into technically feasible and buildable solutions while maintaining the overall design intent
- Coordinate with interior designers architects consultants and suppliers throughout project stages
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations building codes and project standards
- Review materials finishes and technical details to ensure quality functionality and constructability
- Support site coordination and resolve technical issues during construction and fit-out stages
- Coordinate and supervise junior team members during the production of technical drawings and documentation
- Maintain accuracy consistency and quality across all technical deliverables and project documentation
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
- Contribute to hospitality residential high-rise and mixed-use projects with strong understanding of interior detailing and technical execution
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, proficiency in design software, knowledge of materials and construction methods, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and site execution
