Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction drawings and plans for landscape and pool projects ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings using CAD software incorporating grading, drainage, irrigation, and planting details.
- Create 3D models and renderings to visually communicate design intent and facilitate client approval.
- Collaborate closely with landscape architects, designers, and project managers to refine plans and resolve design challenges.
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Hold relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Certified Professional) or landscape design principles.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience specifically in drafting for landscape and pool construction projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software.
