Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural and technical aspects of construction projects
- Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings and material submissions
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and site teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations and quality standards
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams
- Manage design changes, RFIs and technical documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction projects within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials and construction methodologies
- Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory
- Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills
