Facade Designer

We are seeking an experienced Facade Designer with a strong background in facade systems and aluminium fabrication. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience working with facade subcontractors and possess expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.

• Prepare and develop shop drawings and fabrication drawings for facade and aluminium systems.
• Generate accurate cutting lists and material take-offs for production.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and contract documents.
• Ensure drawings are prepared in accordance with project requirements, industry standards and client specifications.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.
• Coordinate revisions and updates based on site conditions and consultant comments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Facade Designer.
• Proven experience working with a Facade Subcontractor.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication and facade systems.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant facade design software.
• Good understanding of facade materials, profiles, and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
