Architect – DM Approved G+License

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts that align with the client s requirements, site conditions, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare concept design presentations, 2D and 3D visuals, renderings, and sketches for client approval.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and culturally appropriate to UAE CODES.
• Develop 3D models of architectural designs using software such as Revit, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, and Lumion.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, civil, and infrastructure engineers to integrate architectural and engineering systems.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve design clashes and ensure constructability.
• Review engineering inputs to maintain architectural intent and design integrity.
• Lead and oversee the architectural design process from conceptual design to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Ensure architectural designs are creative, functional, and aligned with client requirements.
• Provide design direction and vision while maintaining high aesthetic and technical standards.
• Review and approve schematic designs, concept sketches, and presentation materials prepared by junior architects or design teams.
• Prepare and submit drawings to Dubai Municipality, DM Trakhees, DDA, or RTA as required for building permit approvals.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with UAE Building Code, DM Green Building Regulations, specifications, accessibility standards, and People of Determination requirements.
• Liaise with authorities for NOCs, approvals, and inspections.

• DM Approved G+4 Architect License is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience preferred.
• Knowledge in architectural drawings, submissions, and authority approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
