Architect Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive design concepts that reflect client needs while adhering to aesthetic and functional requirements
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively and accurately
• Collaborate closely with architects, builders, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction process
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and color palettes that harmonize with the overall design vision and budget constraints
• Manage social media content, digital campaigns, and brand positioning
• Create engaging marketing materials, project portfolios, and promotional content
• Assist in business development and client acquisition initiatives
• Support marketing practices and promotional activities

• Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection
• Skills in space planning and understanding of architectural principles
• Experience with construction drawings and their implementation
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for visual presentations
