The Family Medicine Physician at The Clinic is responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education, integrating functional and regenerative medicine principles to optimize health outcomes. The Family Medicine Physician plays a crucial role in diagnostic screenings, personalized treatment planning, and long-term patient wellness while ensuring compliance with Dubai Healthcare Authority (DHA) regulations.

• Primary Care & Patient Management:
  Provide comprehensive medical consultations for acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform diagnostic screenings and interpret laboratory to formulate treatment plans.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions through evidence-based medicine.
• Develop and implement preventive care strategies, including vaccinations and health screenings.
• Address women’s health, men’s health, geriatric care, and pediatric concerns within the scope of family medicine.
• Functional & Regenerative Medicine Integration:
  Incorporate functional medicine approaches to support personalized patient care.
• Recommend lifestyle modifications, nutritional counseling, and wellness therapies.
• Collaborate with IV therapy, dieticians, and wellness practitioners to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced treatment options, including peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), when appropriate.
• Patient Education & Preventive Health:
  Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy living, and personalized wellness plans; empower patients with knowledge of risk factors, early detection, and management strategies; provide guidance on lifestyle interventions to enhance long-term health and well-being.
• Coordination & Multidisciplinary
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with specialists, physiotherapists, clinical dieticians, and mental health practitioners to ensure holistic patient care; refer patients to specialists or additional diagnostic services as required; coordinate with nursing and administrative staff to enhance operational efficiency; ensure seamless integration of diagnostic results, treatment plans, and follow-ups within the patient’s medical record.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  Ensure adherence to DHA regulations, medical ethics, and patient safety protocols; maintain accurate medical records and documentation within the clinic’s EMR system; participate in quality audits, clinical training, and continuous professional development; stay updated with the latest advancements in family medicine and integrative health approaches.
