We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatrician to join our esteemed medical hospital in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. This role requires not only expert clinical skills but also a nurturing approach to patient care, ensuring that young patients and their families feel supported and informed throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of young patients to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health education, to promote the overall well-being of children.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.Stay updated on the latest medical research and advancements in paediatrics to provide evidence-based care.Participate in community outreach programs to promote child health awareness and preventive care initiatives.Provide support and guidance to families dealing with complex medical issues, offering emotional and psychological assistance.Preferred Candidate:
Possesses a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent qualification in Paediatrics.Holds a valid medical license to practice in the UAE or is eligible for licensure.Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families.Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Shows a compassionate and empathetic demeanor when dealing with young patients and their families.Is committed to lifelong learning and staying abreast of advancements in paediatric medicine.Has experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a paediatric department.Is proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Skills
