We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a reputable medical hospital in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions related to the mouth, jaws, and face. You will work closely with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

This role requires not only surgical expertise but also excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with patients and their families regularly. Responsibilities

Perform complex surgical procedures on the mouth, jaws, and face, including extractions, reconstructive surgery, and treatment of facial trauma.

Diagnose oral and maxillofacial conditions through comprehensive examinations and imaging techniques.

Collaborate with dental and medical professionals to develop tailored treatment plans for patients.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients understand their procedures and recovery processes.

Stay updated on advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery and incorporate new techniques into practice.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Educate patients and their families about oral health, surgical options, and post-surgical care.

Participate in continuing education and training to enhance surgical skills and knowledge.

Lead and mentor junior staff and dental interns in surgical procedures and patient care.

Preferred Candidate

Possesses a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.

Holds a valid medical license to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery in the UAE.

Demonstrates strong surgical skills and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.

Displays a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex conditions.

Shows a commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
