🔍 Role Overview

As a consultant, you will diagnose and manage infectious diseases while developing and implementing prevention strategies within both hospital and community settings. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and infection control.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments using physical exams, history reviews, and lab tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clinical teams
• Lead and contribute to infection control initiatives and hospital-wide policies
• Educate patients, families, and communities on disease prevention
• Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals
• Participate in research and publish findings in reputable journals
• Deliver training programs on infection prevention for hospital staff
• Stay current with advancements in infectious disease management

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Infectious Diseases
• Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience
• Proven expertise in outbreak management and disease prevention
• UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent certification
