About the RoleWe are seeking an ICU consultant to join a dynamic and growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will be working in one of the top hospitals in the country, with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a diverse, talented team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including diagnosis, treatment and management of all aspects of their condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Conduct regular ward rounds and provide supervision and guidance to junior medical staff.
- Participate in on‑call duties and be available for emergency procedures and consultations.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records and documentation.
- Stay current with the latest developments in critical care medicine and participate in continuous education and training programmes.
- Act as a mentor and role model for junior doctors and nursing staff.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Critical Care or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Candidates must have Western education/training.
