Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a dynamic and dedicated consultant for kidney transplant to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia
. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to patients in need of kidney transplants.

• Perform kidney transplant surgeries and manage the pre- and post-operative care of patients.
• Conduct thorough medical evaluations and determine eligibility for kidney transplantation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nephrologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure successful transplant outcomes.
• Participate in transplant committee meetings and provide input on allocation and management, and follow-up of transplant patients.
• Keep updated with the latest advancements and techniques in kidney transplantation.
• Provide guidance and support to other healthcare staff on transplant management and care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in transplant surgery or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a transplant surgeon.
• Strong understanding of organ allocation policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
