Consultant Glaucoma Surgeon - UK CCT (Arabic Speaker) - Dubai

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Glaucoma Surgeon to join a leading ophthalmology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong surgical and clinical expertise in managing glaucoma patients, with a commitment to evidence‑based care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Perform advanced glaucoma surgeries including trabeculectomy, tube shunt procedures, MIGS, and laser therapies.
• Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of glaucoma conditions, including primary open‑angle, angle‑closure, and secondary glaucomas.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient care, including long‑term follow‑up and visual rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with retina, cornea, and general ophthalmology teams for integrated patient care.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CME activities.
• Contribute to teaching and mentoring junior staff and residents.

• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology
• UK CCT or American Board Certification in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship training in Glaucoma (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialization experience in glaucoma surgery
• Arabic‑speaking preferred, but open to strong profiles regardless of gender or language
• DHA eligibility or licensure preferred

• Proven surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Experience in MIGS and advanced imaging modalities (OCT, visual fields)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
