Responsibilities Include:

• Performing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy and medication management to patients with diverse psychiatric conditions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and advocate for patient needs.
• Documenting treatment processes and patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Participating in regular case reviews and offering insight based on clinical experience.
• Conducting patient education sessions to promote mental health awareness.
• Staying abreast of advancements in psychiatric treatments and methodologies.
• Ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in patient care.

• M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of a residency in Psychiatry.
• Board certification in Psychiatry preferred.
• Proven experience in a clinical psychiatric setting with diverse patient populations.
• Strong competency in psychopharmacology and various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop rapport with patients.
• Experience collaborating within a healthcare team environment.
• Empathy and a patient-first approach to healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills in managing multiple patient cases.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and learning.
