Core Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments of cancer patients.
- Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and clinical trials when applicable.
- Manage treatment side effects and provide patients with comprehensive care throughout their treatment course.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care efforts.
- Educate patients and their families about cancer diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Engage in professional development by participating in clinical research and staying informed on advancements in oncology.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with medical guidelines and protocols.
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution.
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Medical Oncology.
- Board certification in Medical Oncology is required.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in oncology.
- Strong knowledge of cancer treatment protocols and emerging therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in oncology.
- Current medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
