As a Junior Specialist in Anesthesia, you will work under the supervision of experienced anesthesiologists to provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Responsibilities- Assist in pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia plans in collaboration with senior anesthesiologists
- Administer anesthesia under supervision for surgical procedures using appropriate techniques
- Monitor patients' vital signs and responses during procedures and report observations to supervising anesthesiologists
- Help manage post-operative recovery and provide pain management assistance
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance anesthesia knowledge and skills
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in anesthesia administration
- Medical degree with a focus on anesthesia or related field and a valid medical license
- Basic understanding of anesthesia principles, techniques, and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
