As a Consultant in Cardiac Surgery, you will be at the forefront of providing expert surgical care for patients with various cardiac conditions. This position requires a deep understanding of cardiac surgical procedures and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with cardiovascular diseases to determine appropriate surgical interventions.
• Perform advanced cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass, valve repairs, and heart transplants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery for patients.
• Engage in continuing education and contribute to clinical research initiatives to advance cardiac surgery practices.
• Mentor and train residents and junior staff in surgical techniques and patient care.

• M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in cardiac surgery.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of cardiac surgery.
• Extensive knowledge of surgical techniques, patient management, and cardiac anatomy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Proven ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in surgical care.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring medical professionals is highly desirable.
