Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage obstetric and gynecological services, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Supervise the evaluation and treatment of patients with complex obstetric and gynecological conditions.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures and oversee surgical operations in the facility.
- Guide and mentor junior staff and residents, fostering an environment of learning and professional development.
- Develop and implement protocols that enhance the quality of patient care and safety.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in community health initiatives and public health education programs related to women's health.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of obstetrics and gynecology through continuous education and training.
- Medical degree with specialized training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Arabic or Western applicants
- Completion of a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
- Significant experience in a senior role within obstetrics and gynecology, ideally in a government or public health setting.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is a must.
- Proficient in performing advanced gynecological surgeries and complex deliveries.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interaction.
- Commitment to quality patient care and adherence to ethical standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical decision-making skills.
- Valid medical license and qualifications to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
