Seasoned ENT Specialist Physician

The ENT Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
. The role includes outpatient consultations, surgical procedures, emergency care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Diagnose and treat ENT conditions such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, hearing loss, vertigo, nasal disorders, and voice problems
• Perform ENT examinations including endoscopy, audiology interpretation, and imaging review
• Prescribe medications and non-surgical treatments
• Provide emergency ENT care when required

• Perform ENT surgeries (e.g. tonsillectomy, septoplasty, FESS, myringotomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty)
• Ensure pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up
• Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation

• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality
• Ensure informed consent and ethical medical practice

• Maintain accurate medical records in EMR systems
• Participate in audits, CME activities, and quality improvement programs
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, anesthetists, and other specialists

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualification in ENT (MD / MS / DNB / Board Certification or equivalent)

• 3–5+ years of post-specialization experience.
• Surgical experience preferred for hospital-based roles
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills in ENT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
• Patient-centered approach and ethical practice
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage in UAE roles)
