To provide high‑quality, specialist‑level paediatric care in line with evidence‑based clinical standards, ensuring the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of infants, children, and adolescents.
The role delivers safe, ethical, and patient‑centred care within a busy outpatient clinic located in the Al Karama area of Dubai.

This position is based at our Health Hub Clinic in Al Karama, Dubai.
Given the established patient base and operational needs of the clinic, the successful candidate must already be practising in the Al Karama area and be familiar with the local patient demographic, referral patterns, and clinical workflow.

• Provide comprehensive specialist paediatric care in line with best‑practice clinical guidelines and Al‑Futtaim Health Medical Staff Bylaws
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic investigations, and develop evidence‑based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and provide clear guidance to parents and caregivers on administration, monitoring, and follow‑up care
• Deliver holistic, age‑appropriate care and health education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records
• Liaise effectively with families, nursing teams, primary care physicians, and other specialists to optimise patient outcomes
• Participate equitably in the on‑call roster, where applicable
• Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development activities
• Engage in continuing medical education and remain current with developments in paediatric practice

• DHA‑licensed or DHA‑eligible Specialist Paediatrician
• Currently practising in the Al Karama area of Dubai
• Strong clinical competence across general paediatrics
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outpatient clinic environment
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Committed to ethical, high‑quality, and patient‑centred care
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and adaptable
• Arabic language skills are an advantage

• MBBS / MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Completion of a recognised specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE)
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience at specialist level
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  Arabic is an advantage
• Publications in peer‑reviewed journals are highly regarded but not mandatory
