This role is integral to advancing the field of cardiac surgery through clinical excellence and innovation. As a consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surgical care while also contributing to the training and education of future surgical leaders.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform complex cardiac surgical procedures, including but not limited to, open-heart surgeries, minimally invasive techniques, and heart transplants.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to optimize patient care and outcomes through multidisciplinary approaches.
• Provide oversight in pre-operative and post-operative management of surgical patients to ensure full recovery and follow-up care.
• Engage in clinical research activities to contribute to the advancement of cardiac surgery practices.
• Participate in educational programs for residents and medical students, fostering the development of the next generation of cardiac surgeons.

• In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy, surgical procedures, and patient care protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex surgical cases and lead surgical teams effectively.
• Commitment to research and a passion for education in the medical field.
• Previous experience in an academic setting is highly desirable.
